## About the Role

Logiwa is seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing roadmap, team execution, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, brand visibility, and market expansion.

The Director of Marketing will translate company goals into clear marketing direction, lead demand generation efforts, strengthen product positioning, and bring innovation into daily marketing operations. This position requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and practical execution, with direct influence on Logiwa’s growth trajectory, competitive positioning, and market share.

This is an ideal role for a marketing leader who understands B2B software, digital marketing, customer journeys, and the supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, or fulfillment technology space.

## Key Responsibilities

### Marketing Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and lead Logiwa’s overall marketing strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
* Translate company objectives into clear marketing priorities, campaigns, messaging, and measurable initiatives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring strong execution, accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
* Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, pipeline growth, and market share.
* Bring creative strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement into daily marketing operations.
* Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals.

### Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition

* Build and improve demand generation programs that drive qualified leads, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, events, content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid search.
* Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced revenue.
* Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to optimize marketing spend, messaging, targeting, and channel effectiveness.
* Collaborate closely with sales to support lead generation, sales enablement, account-based marketing, and pipeline acceleration.

### Product Marketing & Market Research

* Conduct product marketing research to better understand customer needs, buying behavior, competitive positioning, and market trends.
* Develop clear and compelling messaging that communicates Logiwa’s value proposition to target customers.
* Support product launches, feature announcements, customer education, and go-to-market planning.
* Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities and customer pain points.
* Identify industry trends in supply chain software, warehouse management, fulfillment, logistics, and e-commerce operations.

### Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

* Lead digital marketing initiatives designed to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and brand recognition.
* Oversee website content, landing pages, SEO strategy, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, and online campaign performance.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
* Develop content strategies that support thought leadership, lead generation, customer education, and sales enablement.
* Use analytics tools and marketing performance data to measure results and guide future decisions.

### Customer Retention & Growth Marketing

* Support marketing programs that improve customer retention, engagement, upsell opportunities, and long-term customer value.
* Collaborate with customer success teams to create customer communications, case studies, educational materials, and nurture campaigns.
* Develop campaigns that highlight customer success stories, product value, and industry-specific solutions.
* Help strengthen Logiwa’s relationship with existing customers through targeted, value-driven marketing initiatives.

### Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Partner with sales, product, customer success, operations, and executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts support broader business goals.
* Work with internal teams to develop messaging, collateral, campaigns, and presentations that support customer-facing initiatives.
* Provide marketing insight and recommendations based on customer feedback, market research, and performance data.
* Support company-wide initiatives that require strong communication, positioning, and brand representation.

### Budget & Performance Management

* Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively across campaigns, tools, vendors, and programs.
* Track marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, retention metrics, and pipeline contribution.
* Prepare reports and performance updates for leadership.
* Evaluate marketing vendors, platforms, agencies, and tools to ensure strong value and performance.
* Continuously improve marketing operations, processes, reporting, and execution efficiency.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience leading marketing strategy and execution in a B2B software, SaaS, supply chain technology, logistics technology, warehouse management, or related environment.
* Experience managing marketing teams, campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
* Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
* Ability to translate business strategy into practical marketing plans and measurable campaigns.
* Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, paid media, and digital campaign tools.
* Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, lead nurturing, and sales enablement strategies.
* Familiarity with supply chain software, warehouse management systems, fulfillment operations, logistics, or e-commerce operations is highly preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical, organizational, creative, and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment while balancing strategy and hands-on execution.

## Preferred Experience

* Experience marketing SaaS products to operations, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or e-commerce audiences.
* Background in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or account-based marketing.
* Experience working closely with sales teams to improve pipeline quality and conversion.
* Familiarity with warehouse management software, supply chain platforms, or fulfillment technology.
* Experience building scalable marketing processes, reporting systems, and campaign frameworks.
