## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy generative AI models, applications, and AI-powered solutions.
* Fine-tune pre-trained large language models to support business-specific use cases, domain requirements, and client needs.
* Build AI-enabled software features that use LLMs, machine learning models, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems.
* Manage and support the AI development lifecycle from experimentation and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, architects, product teams, and client stakeholders.
* Develop model integration workflows using APIs, orchestration frameworks, prompt pipelines, structured outputs, and backend services.
* Support data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, prompt design, and performance optimization.
* Build scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions using cloud platforms, containerized services, databases, and modern software development practices.
* Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, consistency, reliability, latency, cost, and business usefulness.
* Implement testing and validation methods for AI outputs, including quality checks, edge-case testing, bias review, hallucination mitigation, and output consistency.
* Contribute to responsible AI development practices, including fairness, transparency, privacy, security, explainability, and appropriate model usage.
* Work across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks depending on project requirements.
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, technical planning, and implementation decisions.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues across AI workflows, model behavior, data pipelines, backend services, APIs, and deployment environments.
* Document technical architecture, model choices, implementation details, testing methods, prompts, assumptions, risks, and operational processes.
* Stay current with emerging AI models, generative AI frameworks, LLM capabilities, engineering patterns, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI trends.
## Required Qualifications
* Strong software engineering experience with the ability to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
* Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, or AI-assisted software development.
* Experience designing, developing, fine-tuning, or deploying AI models or AI-powered applications.
* Strong programming ability in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Go, Scala, or similar technologies.
