This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales and is ideal for a marketing professional who understands how to create regionally relevant campaigns, execute effective field programs, and partner closely with sales teams to support business growth.

The Field Marketing Manager will plan, manage, and execute marketing programs across the global field organization. This includes regional campaigns, customer and prospect events, partner programs, executive experiences, webinars, account-based marketing activities, and sales-aligned demand generation initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of pipeline development, campaign execution, event management, stakeholder coordination, and measurable marketing impact.

This position is a critical contributor to Aera’s global go-to-market engine. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, data-driven, and comfortable working closely with sales, demand generation, partner teams, product marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver programs that generate interest, create engagement, and move opportunities forward.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute field marketing programs designed to generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and support regional sales goals.
* Own field marketing planning and execution across assigned global regions, markets, or sales segments.
* Partner closely with sales leadership, account executives, demand generation, partner marketing, product marketing, and business development teams.
* Develop integrated, regionally relevant campaigns that align with business priorities, target accounts, buyer needs, and sales objectives.
* Manage field events, executive roundtables, webinars, conferences, trade shows, partner events, customer programs, and local market activations.
* Support account-based marketing initiatives by creating targeted programs for strategic accounts, priority industries, and key buyer groups.
* Build marketing plans that connect campaign strategy, audience targeting, messaging, content, channels, budget, execution timelines, and expected outcomes.
* Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, speaker participation, invitations, registration, attendee experience, follow-up plans, and post-event reporting.
* Work with demand generation teams to align field programs with broader campaign calendars, digital programs, nurture strategies, and lead follow-up processes.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing programs are tied to pipeline goals and supported by clear sales enablement materials.
* Create and manage program briefs, timelines, budgets, project plans, stakeholder updates, and execution checklists.
* Track and report on campaign and event performance, including registrations, attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline influence, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
* Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, event execution, audience engagement, and sales follow-up.
* Support partner-led and co-marketing programs that expand reach and strengthen regional market presence.
* Ensure brand consistency, message alignment, and high-quality execution across all field marketing activities.
* Manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
* Share field insights, customer feedback, market trends, and campaign learnings with marketing and sales leadership.

## Required Qualifications

* Experience in field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, partner marketing, campaign marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
* Strong understanding of how marketing programs support sales pipeline, revenue acceleration, and go-to-market strategy.
* Experience planning and executing campaigns, events, webinars, executive programs, trade shows, or regional marketing initiatives.
* Ability to partner effectively with sales teams and align marketing activities with sales goals.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and multiple programs at once.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.
* Experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on marketing results.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high-quality programs in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to translate business goals into practical field marketing plans and measurable activities.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating with distributed teams across regions or markets.

* Strong understanding of buyer journeys, lead management, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting.
* Experience working with partner teams to develop co-marketing campaigns and joint events.
* Ability to analyze marketing performance data and recommend improvements.
* Experience working in a high-growth company or fast-moving go-to-market environment.
