The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented. They should be comfortable communicating with residents, touring prospective residents, supporting lease administration, supervising leasing staff, and helping the property operate smoothly day to day.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors.
* Serve as a key point of contact for resident questions, concerns, requests, and service-related needs.
* Build strong relationships with residents to support satisfaction, retention, and a positive community experience.
* Support leasing activity, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, and helping close leases.

* Assist with lease applications, renewals, move-in preparation, move-out processes, and related documentation.
* Maintain accurate resident profiles, prospect records, leasing notes, contact information, preferences, and communication history.
* Support resident retention efforts through proactive communication, service follow-up, renewal outreach, and community engagement.
* Plan, coordinate, and promote resident events, community activities, and experience-focused initiatives.
* Help create a welcoming community environment that encourages resident connection and engagement.
* Supervise, coach, and support leasing team members in daily responsibilities, customer service expectations, follow-up activity, and leasing goals.
* Monitor leasing team performance and help ensure timely responses to leads, inquiries, tours, applications, and resident requests.
* Assist with training leasing staff on property standards, leasing procedures, resident communication, and customer service practices.
* Work with property management, maintenance, and operations teams to help resolve resident concerns and support smooth daily operations.
* Communicate service issues, maintenance concerns, resident feedback, and operational needs to the appropriate team members.
* Support marketing efforts, including outreach, online listings, social media content, resident communications, and promotional materials as needed.
* Help maintain the appearance and readiness of leasing offices, model units, amenity spaces, and common areas.
* Track leasing activity, resident engagement, renewals, event participation, and other property-related metrics as needed.
* Ensure leasing and resident service activities are completed in accordance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and property procedures.

## Required Qualifications

* Experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, customer service, sales, resident services, or a related role.

* Ability to provide warm, professional, and responsive service to residents and prospects.
* Experience supporting leasing activity, sales follow-up, tours, applications, renewals, or resident communication.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy property environment.
* Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and basic office technology.
* Ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong follow-through.
* Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative property team.
* Understanding of fair housing requirements and commitment to consistent, respectful resident service.
