# Agile PMO Lead

## About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused **Agile PMO Lead** to serve as an orchestrator and value driver across important customer initiatives. This role partners closely with bottle and can customer partners, senior stakeholders, and internal Coca-Cola System teams to accelerate growth initiatives, improve execution discipline, and support strategic alignment across the business.

The Agile PMO Lead will act as a central coordination point between customers and internal teams, helping move high-priority initiatives from strategy to execution. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen. The successful candidate will help ensure that value- and volume-driving initiatives are clearly defined, effectively coordinated, properly tracked, and delivered with focus and accountability.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage complexity, connect teams, clarify priorities, remove barriers, and provide clear updates to senior leaders. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where customer needs, commercial priorities, operational execution, and strategic growth goals must be aligned.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support value- and volume-driving initiatives with bottle and can customer partners and internal Coca-Cola System teams.
* Serve as a central coordination point for customer-facing growth initiatives, executional projects, and strategic priorities.
* Partner with customer teams, commercial leaders, bottling partners, supply chain teams, marketing, operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
* Translate strategic goals into clear project plans, workstreams, milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, and success measures.
* Manage executional projects that support customer growth, volume expansion, commercial performance, operational improvement, and partnership goals.
* Facilitate agile planning, prioritization, status reviews, issue resolution, and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
* Help connect customer partners with the right internal stakeholders to accelerate progress and resolve barriers.
* Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, open actions, key decisions, and performance indicators.
* Provide clear, concise, and actionable updates to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
* Support senior-level strategic alignment by preparing meeting materials, project summaries, leadership updates, dashboards, and executive-ready communications.
* Identify execution risks, roadblocks, ownership gaps, or misalignment and help drive timely resolution.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support trust, accountability, and collaboration.
* Reinforce execution discipline through structured routines, clear follow-up, documented decisions, and consistent communication.
* Support growth initiatives by helping teams stay focused on priorities, commercial outcomes, customer needs, and measurable value.
* Improve project management practices, operating rhythms, reporting methods, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
* Ensure initiatives remain aligned with broader system priorities, customer commitments, business objectives, and company standards.
* Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and agile ways of working across customer initiatives.

## Required Qualifications

* Experience in project management, program management, PMO leadership, agile delivery, customer operations, commercial operations, sales operations, or a related role.
* Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and business priorities.
* Experience working with senior leaders, customer partners, commercial teams, operations teams, or matrixed organizations.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates, facilitate meetings, and present information to leadership.
* Ability to translate business priorities into structured project plans and execution routines.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to identify risks, clarify ownership, track progress, and drive follow-through.
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence across teams without relying solely on formal authority.
* Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to help teams move through ambiguity.
* Proficiency with project management, collaboration, reporting, and presentation tools.
* Commitment to accountability, execution discipline, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting large customer partnerships, beverage, consumer packaged goods, foodservice, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain initiatives.
* Experience working within or alongside a bottling system, franchise model, customer network, or complex commercial operating environment.
* Familiarity with agile project management, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or hybrid delivery methods.
* Experience leading PMO routines, business reviews, executive status reporting, portfolio tracking, or transformation initiatives.
* Experience with growth initiatives tied to volume, revenue, customer expansion, market execution, or operational performance.
* Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
* Experience preparing executive-level updates, dashboards, meeting materials, and decision summaries.
* Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credential is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, marketing, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
