## About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile **Graphic Designer** to develop visual concepts and design materials for both print and digital media. This role is ideal for a designer who can take ideas, messages, and project goals and translate them into polished visual representations that support branding, marketing, communication, and audience engagement.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal teams to create a wide range of materials, including billboard designs, social media graphics, web banners, logos, presentations, editorial layouts, internal communications, posters, brochures, and marketing collateral. This position requires strong design judgment, an understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to select the right visual style, layout, typography, imagery, and format for each project.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to balance visual impact with clear communication. They should be comfortable working across multiple formats and channels while maintaining quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.

## Key Responsibilities

* Create visual designs for print, digital, marketing, branding, and internal communication materials.
* Translate concepts, messages, and creative direction into compelling visual representations.
* Design materials such as billboards, social media graphics, web banners, logos, presentations, posters, brochures, editorial layouts, and marketing collateral.
* Collaborate with marketing, communications, creative, sales, leadership, and other internal teams to understand project needs and design objectives.
* Develop layouts, graphics, typography treatments, image selections, and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
* Select appropriate colors, fonts, imagery, spacing, styles, and formats for each project.
* Support branding efforts by creating consistent, polished, and recognizable visual assets.
* Design digital graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, online ads, and web-based promotional materials.
* Create print-ready files for brochures, flyers, posters, signage, presentations, direct mail, and other printed materials.
* Assist with logo design, brand identity elements, templates, and visual style systems.
* Prepare presentation materials that are professional, visually clear, and easy to understand.
* Support editorial design needs, including page layouts, reports, newsletters, publications, and long-form documents.
* Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative quality and project requirements.
* Ensure final files meet technical specifications for print production, digital publishing, web use, or presentation delivery.
* Maintain organized design files, assets, templates, source files, and version history.
* Stay current with design trends, marketing visuals, layout techniques, digital media formats, and creative tools.
* Manage multiple design projects, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables at the same time.

## Required Qualifications

* Experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, marketing designer, production designer, or similar creative role.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work.
* Proficiency with professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
* Ability to design for both print and digital formats.
* Experience creating marketing materials, social graphics, web banners, presentations, posters, brochures, or related visual assets.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate work.
* Ability to interpret creative direction and turn ideas into effective visual designs.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage deadlines, incorporate feedback, and work on multiple projects at once.
* Understanding of file preparation, image resolution, export settings, and basic production requirements.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Degree or coursework in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, advertising, fine arts, digital media, or a related field.
* Experience working in an agency, in-house marketing department, nonprofit, corporate communications team, or creative studio.
* Experience designing billboards, signage, large-format graphics, or outdoor advertising.
* Experience with logo design, brand identity systems, style guides, and visual standards.
* Familiarity with social media platform specifications, digital ad formats, and web design best practices.
* Experience with print production, vendor coordination, prepress preparation, and production file setup.
* Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, photography, illustration, or basic animation is a plus.
* Experience creating templates for presentations, internal communications, reports, or recurring marketing materials.
