* Oversee inventory management, replenishment, receiving, stocking, backroom organization, and shrink reduction efforts.
* Support excellent customer service by ensuring associates are trained, visible, responsive, and focused on meeting customer needs.
* Resolve customer concerns, service issues, operational challenges, and associate matters in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, employment practices, asset protection procedures, food safety requirements, pharmacy-related procedures, and applicable laws.
* Maintain strong standards in fresh food, grocery, general merchandise, front end, fulfillment, and specialty areas.

* Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all business operations.
